Kali ini, ajang penghargaan musik tahunan yang dipersembahkan oleh portal musik Gaon Chart tersebut berlangsung di BEXCO (Busan Exhibition and Convention Center), Busan, Korea Selatan, Rabu (10/1/2024) pukul 19.00 KST atau pukul 17.00 WIB.
NCT Dream berhasil menyabet Daesang (Album of the Year - Digital) berkat album ISTJ. Sementara BabyMonster dinobatkan menjadi Rookie of the Year (Global Streaming) berkat lagu "Batter Up."
