Salah satu penghargaan yang diselenggerakan oleh Broadcast Film Critics Association, Critics 'Choice Awards telah berlangsung pada hari Minggu, 13 Januari 2019. Dalam malam penghargaan tersebut, banyak aktor, sutradara, sinematografer, penulis, komposer, editor, dan desainer yang membawa pulang piala bintang untuk pencapaian mereka dalam film maupun acara televisi tahun lalu.
Dalam rangkaian peristiwa yang mengejutkan, Critics 'Choice Awards 2019 menampilkan bukan hanya satu tetapi dua kemenangan ganda. Lady Gaga dan Glenn Close keduanya mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai Best Actress dalam untuk peran masing-masing dalam film A Star Is Born dan The Wife, sedangkan aktris Sharp Objects, Amy Adams, dan Escape at Dannemora, Patricia Arquette, berbagi kemenangan untuk Best Actress In a Limited Series or Movie Made For Television.
