Jakarta, IDN Times - Jalan Tol Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar (Bakter) akan memberlakukan tarif baru mulai Minggu (29/8/2021) pukul 00.00 WIB. Tarif baru itu diberlakukan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Nomor 732/KPTS/M/2021.

Penyesuaian tarif tol diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden (PP) Nomor 17 Tahun 2021 tentang perubahan keempat atas PP Nomor 15 Tahun 2005 tentang Jalan Tol. Dalam beleid tersebut, disebutkan evaluasi dan penyesuaian tarif tol dilakukan setiap 2 tahun sekali berdasarkan pengaruh laju inflasi. 

“Penyesuaian tarif juga perlu dilakukan untuk menjaga kepercayaan investor dan untuk membangun iklim investasi jalan tol yang kondusif. Perlu adanya pengembalian dana yang diperoleh dari pendapatan tol, agar pengembaliannya sesuai dengan business plan yang sudah disepakati demi keberlanjutan jalan tol tersebut,” ujar Direktur Operasi III Hutama Karya, Koentjoro dalam keterangan resminya, Jumat (27/8/2021).

1. Penyesuaian tarif telah disosialisasikan

Koentjoro mengatakan pihaknya telah melakukan sosialisasi penyesuaian tarif tersebut secara masif selama beberapa bulan terakhir, baik melalui media sosial, siaran pers resmi perusahaan, maupun media luar ruang seperti spanduk, baliho dan VMS (Variable Message Sign).

“Kami juga telah melakukan FGD Internal Virtual Terbatas Sosialisasi Penyesuaian Tarif Tol Bakter bersama dengan regulator serta Key Opinion Leader (KOL) yang dihadiri oleh Staf Ahli Kementerian PUPR, Bapak Endra Atmawidjaja, Staf Khusus III Menteri BUMN, Bapak Arya Sinulingga, Dishub Provinsi Lampung, Ketua YLKI dan masih banyak lagi peserta undangan lainnya pada 7 Juli 2021,” tutur Koentjoro.

2. HK tingkatkan SPM di Tol Bakter

Selain itu, HK juga meningkat Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) dimana perusahaan berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan yang optimal bagi seluruh pengguna jalan tol. 

“Dari sisi pelayanan transaksi, kami telah menambah beberapa gardu tol yakni 2 gardu tol di Gerbang Tol (GT) Bakauheni Selatan di mana semula 5 gardu menjadi 7 gardu serta 2 gardu tol di GT Kotabaru dari 4 gardu menjadi 6 gardu," ucap Koentjoro. 

HK juga menambahkan 6 unit Mobile Reader di GT Bakauheni Selatan dan 2 unit Mobile Reader di GT Terbanggi Besar.

"Dari sisi peningkatan pelayanan lalu lintas, Hutama Karya juga konsisten dalam melaksanakan giat penertiban kendaraan ODOL (over dimension over load),” ucap Koentjoro.

Lalu, pihaknya juga memasang VMS di sepanjang Tol Bakter, penambahan 2 unit VMS Mobile pada kendaraan patroli, pemasangan 289 unit CCTV jalur yang dapat dilihat melalui aplikasi HK Toll Apps, serta optimasi sentral komunikasi.
