Penurunan performa drastis.
Pusing atau kebingungan.
Nyeri otot yang tidak normal.
Detak jantung tidak stabil.
Pendekatan terbaik adalah progresif, artinya meningkatkan jarak secara bertahap, memberi waktu adaptasi, dan memperhatikan sinyal tubuh.
Batas fisiologis tubuh manusia merupakan hasil interaksi kompleks antara energi, suhu, otot, dan sistem saraf. Tubuh mampu beradaptasi luar biasa, tetapi tetap memiliki titik di mana sistem mulai kewalahan. Memahaminya penting agar kamu dapat berlatih secara cerdas. Ingat, lari jarak jauh bukan cuma soal jarak, tetapi seberapa baik tubuh bisa kembali pulih setelahnya.
