Lagu "In the Rain" XG mengungkapkan perasaan patah hati "ditinggalkan dalam kedinginan" oleh seseorang yang dipercaya. Meski menyakitkan, ia terjebak di tempat yang rentan ini "di tengah hujan" tanpa tempat berlindung ataupun kenyamanan.
