Hari ini (8/11/2022), Genie Music Awards 2022 digelar dengan meriah di Gimnasium Namdong Incheon. Namun karena Korea masih dalam masa berkabung karena tragedi Itaewon, acara pun tak disiarkan langsung dan akan disiarkan ulang di kemudian hari.

NCT DREAM sendiri dilaporkan memenangkan dua dari tiga Daesang (hadiah utama) tahun ini. Selain itu, seperti diprediksi, IVE meraih Best New Female Artist.
