Lagu "FAMOUS" menjadi perkenalan identitas bagi para member kepada penggemar baru. Liriknya penuh dengan sikap percaya diri dan kata-kata berani dalam menggambarkan diri mereka. Namun, seluruh liriknya kuat dengan arti menantang arus utama dan membawa perspektif baru soal sebuah pencapaian.
Keempat member ini diketahui berasal dari berbagai latar belakang yang sudah dikenal publik, seperti mantan kontestan ajang ternama hingga cucu dari orang kaya di Korea Selatan. Pengulangan frasa “We ain't even famous” ini pun bukan sebagai kerendahan hati, melainkan untuk menegaskan niat mereka akan proses yang dijalani demi mencapai ketenaran di dunia KPop.
Jadi karya debut, salah satu membernya yang bernama Woochan pun berkontribusi dalam penulisan lagu "FAMOUS". Ia dikenal sebagai rapper yang pernah merilis beberapa lagu dan ikut dalam ajang Show Me the Money 6.
