Setelah 7 tahun berkarier di industri musik Korea Selatan, Minnie (G)I-DLE akhirnya resmi debut solo, nih. Pada Selasa (21/1/2025), idol KPop asal Thailand tersebut merilis album perdananya yang bertajuk "HER" dengan title track berjudul sama.

2. Makna lagu Her - Minnie (G)I-DLE
Lagu "Her" mengekspresikan sisi jujur seorang perempuan dalam berbagai gambaran. Liriknya tentang perempuan sebagai seorang selebritas dan dirinya sendiri. Seperti sebuah buku harian, idol KPop berusia 27 tahun itu berusaha untuk mencurahkan isi hati dan pengalaman pribadinya lewat karya solonya ini.
"Ini adalah album yang bercerita tentang pengalaman dan cerita yang ingin aku sampaikan," tutur Minnie.

Setelah berkarier dengan (G)I-DLE sejak 2018 lalu, Minnie akhirnya resmi debut solo. Ia merilis mini album perdananya bertajuk HER pada 21 Januari 2025 yang terdiri dari tujuh lagu dengan title track berjudul sama.
Tak cuma itu, Minnie pun menyiapkan dua kolaborasi menarik untuk karya solonya tersebut, pertama dengan sesama anggota (G)I-DLE, Yuqi untuk lagu "Drive U Crazy", lalu dengan Ten WayV melalui b-side bertajuk "Obsession", lho.
Lewat album HER, Minnie menunjukkan kemampuannya dalam memadukan visi artistik dengan elemen musik yang begitu kuat. Mengingat ini adalah karya solo perdananya, ia pun berpartisipasi penuh dalam proses produksi seluruh lagu.
