Lagu "We Can't Explain" ini tentang ketertarikan kepada seseorang yang mendalam. Liriknya mengungkapkan bahwa pasangannya itu adalah dunianya, yang membuat hari-harinya menjadi berwarna.
Sesuai judulnya, lagu "We Can't Explain" adalah isi hati orang yang tidak dapat memberikan penjelasan bagaimana ia bisa jatuh cinta. Ia hanya merasa yakin bahwa mereka telah ditakdirkan bersama oleh Tuhan.
Full album 207 ini menandai rilisan perdana Jay iKON usai menyelesaikan wajib militer pada 19 April 2025 lalu. Sebelumnya, ia juga telah menggelar "JAY FANMEETING TOUR 2025 WELCOME BACK" di Korea dan Jepang.
