Terbentang dari timur nun jauh hingga ke seberang barat berlabuh
Hatiku jatuh cinta pada negeri para raja
Zamrud khatulistiwa, gugusan pulau permata
Dalam pada tenangnya semesta
Bulir air mata menetes mengenang silam masa
Ketika kesatria menyandang tekad untuk merdeka
Melawan tirani mencapai kemerdekaan hakiki
Terbentang negeri seribu melati
Harum mewangi laksana rasa cinta abadi
Mendekap aku yang berdiri membentangkan mimpi
