Kata dongeng menjadi dongeng ketika aku dewasa
Keceriaan polos masa kanak-kanak perlahan sirna
Sibuk diputar rutinitas hidup, tuntutan kerja
Pada bantal aku pasrahkan kepala
Pada kasur aku rebahkan raga
Mencoba kembali membuka memori
Dongeng-dongeng yang ayah pernah tuturkan
Peri yang menari lincah
Macam-macam fabel jenaka
Juga kisah para kesatria pengawal raja-raja
Malam terus berlayar
Seorang diri di kamar sepi
Menatap langit-langit kamar
Berteman kerinduan, sembari berkelana di alam lamunan
