Yoghurt adalah produk susu fermentasi yang dapat membantu mengatur kadar gula darah.
Konsumsi yoghurt juga dikaitkan dengan penurunan risiko diabetes tipe 2. Dalam sebuah analisis tahun 2022 yang meninjau 42 studi, para peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa setiap konsumsi yoghurt sebanyak 50 gram per hari berhubungan dengan penurunan risiko diabetes tipe 2 sebesar 7 persen. Untuk manfaat optimal, pilihlah yoghurt tawar (plain) atau Greek yogurt.
Memilih camilan yang tepat bisa sangat membantu dalam menjaga kestabilan gula darah. Pilihlah makanan ringan yang rendah karbohidrat, kaya akan serat, serta mengandung protein atau lemak sehat agar kadar gula tidak melonjak sekaligus membuat tubuh tetap kenyang.
