Sahur bukan sekadar pengisi perut sebelum azan Subuh. Sahur membantu menjaga stabilitas gula darah, hidrasi, energi, fungsi otak, hingga massa otot selama menjalankan puasa.
Dengan komposisi makanan yang tepat dan asupan cairan cukup, sahur menjadi investasi kesehatan sepanjang Ramadan. Tubuh bekerja lebih efisien, rasa lapar lebih terkendali, dan ibadah dapat dijalani dengan lebih nyaman serta bertenaga.
