Alergi seledri termasuk salah satu alergi makanan yang perlu diwaspadai di beberapa populasi.
Jus seledri memang menawarkan manfaat kesehatan, tetapi bukan tanpa batas. Jumlah konsumsi yang wajar bisa menjadi bagian dari pola makan sehat. Namun jika dikonsumsi berlebihan, kamu bisa mengalami efek samping di atas. Menjadikan jus seledri sebagai pelengkap pola makan seimbang adalah langkah bijak untuk mendapatkan manfaat tanpa risiko.
