"HANDS UP" merupakan lagu yang energik dan penuh semangat khas garapan Teddy Park. Liriknya mengajak para pendengar untuk berani dan yakin pada diri sendiri. Lagu ini juga menekankan pentingnya bermimpi besar dan melampaui batasan meskipun tidak tahu jawaban dari semua hal. 

"HANDS UP" yang berarti 'angkat tangan' bisa diartikan sebagai simbol pemberdayaan. MEOVV mengajak kita untuk mengangkat tangan setinggi-tingginya sebagai bentuk semangat dan keberanian.
