Lewat lagu "Remedy" ini, Jay Park menggambarkan cinta sebagai sesuatu yang adiktif, membuat seseorang tidak terkendali. Tak cuma itu, berbagai emosi, seperti sedih dan bahagia akan dirasakan saat jatuh cinta.

Hal ini karena ketika terjatuh dalam perasaan ini, seseorang yang dicinta dapat menjadi "obat" untuk sang kekasih namun juga bisa sumber konflik atau masalah yang pada akhirnya akan menghancurkan hatinya.

Jay Park mengungkapkan bahwa lirik lagu "Remedy" sepenuhnya berbahasa Inggris. Ia meminta bantuan penerjemah Hwang Seok Jee, yang dikenal karena menerjemahkan film-film populer seperti Deadpool, Spider-Man, dan Avatar.

Sementara itu, video musiknya dikatakan terinspirasi oleh konsep Russian Roulette. Jay Park menjelaskan bahwa dalam hubungan, ketika harga diri dipertaruhkan karena putus cinta, rasanya seperti Russian Roulette.

Video musik dikemas seperti adegan di film, yang menghadirkan aktris Chun Woo Hee sebagai model. Ia mengaku tertarik bekerja sama dengan bintang drama Korea Atypical Family ini saat bertemu di 3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards pada 2024.

"Saya merasa menyesal tidak bisa menahan diri, tetapi rasanya luar biasa bisa menciptakan sesuatu bersama (Chun Woo Hee) melalui komunikasi itu," ungkap Jay Park.
