Dalam persyaratan untuk daftar beasiswa LPDP 2025, ada sejumlah dokumen yang perlu disiapkan. Salah satunya adalah dokumen berisi komitmen kembali ke Indonesia, rencana pasca studi, dan rencana kontribusi di Indonesia.

Rencana pasca studi dan kontribusi di Indonesia harus ditulis dalam 1500-2000 karakter. Tuliskan rencanamu dengan deskripsi yang jelas dan konkret.

Building Digital Literacy in Indonesia

Upon completing my studies in the Communication Science program at Universitas Gadjah Mada, I am committed to make a tangible contribution to advancing digital literacy in Indonesia, particularly among the younger generation. As technology and digital media continue to evolve rapidly, digital literacy has become an essential skill not only for technical proficiency but also for navigating the complex challenges of the information age.

My contribution plan is divided into three main stages:

• Digital Literacy Education for Students and Local Communities

I plan to initiate digital literacy education programs in underserved areas with limited access to technology and information. Collaborating with schools, youth communities, and local organizations, I aim to organize workshops on using digital media wisely, ethically, and productively. The focus will be on teaching communities how to evaluate information critically, avoid misinformation, and leverage social media for positive purposes, such as education and economic empowerment.

• Developing Educational Digital Content

As a graduate in Communication Science, I intend to use my expertise in communication strategies and content creation to build a digital platform that offers interactive educational materials. This platform will provide free access to resources such as short videos, podcasts, and articles designed to be engaging and relevant, especially for young people. The goal is to make learning about digital literacy accessible and enjoyable for all.

• Advocating for Digital Literacy Policies through Research and Advocacy

In addition to direct contributions to the community, I aim to engage in research on digital literacy in Indonesia. By collaborating with academics and relevant institutions, I will produce policy recommendations that could be adopted by the government or educational institutions. This advocacy effort is intended to integrate digital literacy into the national curriculum or government programs, ensuring a broader and more sustainable impact.

With the academic background and experience I will gain from my studies at Universitas Gadjah Mada, I am confident in my ability to realize this plan step by step. I believe these efforts will not only help develop a more critical and digitally savvy society, but also contribute to Indonesia’s progress in the global digital era.

Advancing Gender Equality and Empowerment in Indonesia

As a prospective student of Gender Studies at the London School of Economics (LSE), I aspire to leverage the knowledge and insights gained during my studies to promote gender equality and empower marginalized groups in Indonesia. Gender issues remain a critical challenge in Indonesia, where cultural, social, and structural barriers continue to perpetuate inequality. My contribution plan is rooted in a commitment to addressing these issues through a combination of community empowerment, policy advocacy, and academic collaboration.

• Empowering Women and Marginalized Groups Through Grassroots Initiatives

Upon returning to Indonesia, I aim to collaborate with local NGOs and community organizations to develop programs that empower women and marginalized groups, particularly in rural and underserved areas. These initiatives will focus on economic empowerment through skill development, access to education, and entrepreneurial opportunities. I also plan to organize community dialogues and workshops to raise awareness of gender-based violence, reproductive rights, and the importance of gender equity.

• Advocating for Gender-Inclusive Policies

Equipped with a solid foundation in gender studies, I will actively contribute to shaping policies that promote gender inclusivity in Indonesia. By collaborating with policymakers, government institutions, and advocacy groups, I plan to conduct research and provide evidence-based recommendations to address gender disparities in sectors such as education, employment, and healthcare. My long-term goal is to advocate for the inclusion of comprehensive gender education in Indonesia’s national curriculum, ensuring future generations are more informed and equitable in their perspectives.

• Fostering Collaboration in Gender Research and Education

To sustain the impact of my work, I plan to establish partnerships with academic institutions, both locally and internationally, to promote gender studies in Indonesia. I aim to facilitate workshops, seminars, and conferences that bring together scholars, activists, and policymakers to discuss pressing gender issues and develop collaborative solutions. Additionally, I intend to mentor young researchers and activists who are passionate about gender equality, helping them to contribute meaningfully to this field.

By implementing these plans, I hope to drive meaningful and sustainable change in Indonesia’s efforts toward gender equality. My studies at LSE will provide me with the critical perspectives and practical tools necessary to address these challenges, ensuring that my contributions are impactful and grounded in both theory and practice.

Supporting Small Business Growth and Entrepreneurship in Indonesia

After completing my Master’s degree in Business at Birmingham University, I am committed to utilizing the knowledge and skills I gain to contribute to the growth and development of Indonesia’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs form the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly to employment and economic growth. However, many SMEs face challenges such as limited access to financial resources, lack of business training, and difficulty adapting to digital transformation. My plan is to address these challenges through targeted initiatives that are realistic, sustainable, and impactful.

My post-study contribution plan is divided into three key areas:

1. Building Capacity for SMEs Through Training Programs

I plan to collaborate with local government offices, business associations, and NGOs to organize capacity-building workshops for small business owners. These workshops will focus on practical topics such as financial management, digital marketing, and business strategy. By equipping SMEs with these essential skills, I aim to help them grow sustainably and remain competitive in an increasingly globalized market.

2. Encouraging Digital Transformation for Local Businesses

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for businesses to adopt digital platforms, yet many small businesses in Indonesia are still struggling to transition. I intend to launch an initiative to provide training and consultation services for SMEs to help them leverage e-commerce platforms, digital payment systems, and social media for marketing. This will enable them to expand their reach and improve operational efficiency.

3. Promoting Sustainable Business Practices

Sustainability is becoming an important aspect of global business, and I aim to introduce sustainable practices to Indonesian SMEs. This includes encouraging the adoption of environmentally friendly production methods and integrating social responsibility into business strategies. Through partnerships with environmental organizations and academic institutions, I will provide SMEs with resources and guidance to align their operations with sustainability goals while remaining profitable.

Long-Term Vision

In the long term, I plan to establish a business consultancy firm dedicated to supporting SMEs across Indonesia. The firm will focus on providing affordable advisory services, access to funding opportunities, and mentorship programs for entrepreneurs. Additionally, I hope to collaborate with universities to create internship programs, enabling students to contribute to real-world business challenges while gaining valuable experience.

With the education and expertise I gain at Birmingham City University, I am confident that I will be able to implement this plan effectively and contribute to the empowerment of small businesses in Indonesia. By focusing on these practical and achievable goals, I aim to play a part in fostering economic resilience and sustainable growth for the country.

Strengthening Physics Education and Research in Indonesia

As a future Physics student at Kyoto University, I am deeply committed to using my education to address some of the key challenges in science and technology in Indonesia. Physics plays a crucial role in solving global problems such as energy sustainability and climate change, yet the field is underrepresented in both education and research in my home country.

With the knowledge and experience I gain at Kyoto University, I plan to contribute to advancing physics education, fostering research in sustainable technologies, and strengthening scientific collaborations between Indonesia and the international community. So, my post-study plan focuses on three main areas:

1. Enhancing Research Capacity in Indonesia

Upon returning to Indonesia, I aim to join a leading research institution or university as a researcher and lecturer. My focus will be on applying the advanced knowledge and research methodologies I acquire at Kyoto University to conduct innovative research in areas such as quantum physics, condensed matter, or renewable energy technologies. By publishing findings in international journals and collaborating with global researchers, I hope to contribute to Indonesia’s presence in the global scientific community.

2. Mentoring and Inspiring Future Scientists

I am passionate about inspiring the next generation of Indonesian physicists. As a lecturer, I plan to design engaging and accessible physics courses that not only cover theoretical concepts but also emphasize practical applications and problem-solving skills. I will also mentor students in their research projects, encouraging them to pursue advanced studies and careers in physics. My goal is to nurture young talent and foster a culture of scientific inquiry and innovation in Indonesia.

3. Promoting Science Outreach and Public Awareness

Beyond academia, I aim to initiate science outreach programs to increase public awareness and appreciation for physics. These programs could include public lectures, workshops, and collaborations with schools to introduce students to the exciting possibilities of physics. By simplifying complex concepts and demonstrating their relevance to everyday life, I hope to make science more approachable and inspiring for the broader community.

By pursuing these goals, I believe I can make meaningful contributions to Indonesia’s scientific and educational landscape. The knowledge, skills, and global perspective I gain at Kyoto University will enable me to address challenges effectively and implement these plans with a long-term vision. Through research, education, and community engagement, I am committed to advancing the role of physics in Indonesia’s development.
