Telah berusaha berubah
dan selalu gagal
telah berupaya berdiri
dan selalu jatuh
telah berusaha bangkit
dan selalu patah
telah berupaya baik
dan selalu buruk
Hidup
adalah rentetan penyesalan
tanpa ujung
yang menjungkirbalikkan tiap harapan
seperti sampul belakang buku
yang lebih baik daripada isi.
