Sekelompok bocah berlari di tepi jalan kampung
Dengan membawa senyuman hangat
Sapaan ramah tergambar jelas di wajah
Diiringi sorakan semangat membuncah
Lebaran sudah hampir tiba
Begitu katanya
Sambil berlari riang gembira
Tanpa beban yang memupus asa
Nyatanya tawa itu sudah menguar
Tak lagi bisa didengar
Bocah yang kemarin sore menyambut lebaran hingar bingar
Kini bergelut dengan kehidupan yang terasa sangar
