Ma, aku jauh meneguh
Berlagak sedang beranjangsana
Sedang di sini tersengal berpeluh
Seperti terbesit ingin kembali ke sana
Aku pergi jauh meninggalkan mimpi-mimpi
Tahu mana yang namanya Slipi
Mama berkata, bukan?
Daripada bermimpi yang takkan terwujudkan
Tapi Ma, sedikit banyak aku benci ini
Harus tahu diri, bangun lebih dini
Siang kuli, malam berlanjut mimpi
Tapi Ma, ini bukan terapi
Kau pun tetap tak tercukupi
