Sama-sama mengambil langkah
Besar dan gagah
Tapi mengapa aku saja
Terperangkap di rel yang patah-patah
Sejauh pandang
Hanya ada gersang yang pilu di mata
Kudengar suara-suara
Entah berapa peron lagi jauhnya
Sorak semarai yang kurindukan
Kapan lagi akan tibanya?
Sudah berapa tahun berlalu
Aku masih berjalan lurus
Tetumbuhan makin kering terinjak-injak
Lelahku pun tinggal menjelma sesak
