Tertatih tubuh ini berdiri
Tak ada lagi yang bisa sembunyi
Berteman dengan sunyi
Hangat badan menyelimuti
Deru nafas menggema
Meninggalkan nafas yang membara
Panas sekujur tubuh manusia
Di tengah gemuruh perut meronta
Gemetar tangan meramu
Satu per satu imbang bersatu
Satu mangkok bubur tersaji
Dari aku untuk diri sendiri
Bukti kuat melawan hari
