Kepulauan Selayar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia, pada Jumat, (17/12/2021) pukul 04:12 WITA. Menurut BMKG, episenter gempa bumi terletak pada koordinat 7.26 LS dan 121.11 BB, atau laut 127 km tenggara Kab. Kepulauan Selayar dengan kedalaman 10 Km.
