Salah satu kesalahan terbesar pelari pemula adalah mencoba memperbaiki seluruh teknik lari dalam satu sesi.
Tubuh butuh waktu untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan biomekanik. Mengubah terlalu banyak aspek sekaligus justru dapat membuat gerakan terasa tidak alami dan meningkatkan risiko cedera akibat adaptasi yang terlalu cepat.
Pilih satu aspek yang paling jelas bermasalah, fokus memperbaikinya selama beberapa minggu, lalu lanjutkan ke aspek berikutnya jika diperlukan.
Ingat, tujuan postur lari bukan membuat kamu terlihat seperti atlet elite, melainkan membantu tubuh bergerak dengan lebih nyaman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan sehingga berlari tetap menjadi aktivitas yang menyenangkan dalam jangka panjang.
